Problem

The client needed a showcase website that would both present their innovative concept and enable online meal ordering. However, the initial mockups provided were too rough and did not reflect the brand's premium and sustainable vision.

Objectives:

Our goal was twofold:

  • 1Create a professional, modern and clear website to represent Kyol's vision and inspire confidence among partners, investors and future users.
  • 2Develop a smooth and ergonomic online ordering platform, allowing customers to easily customize and order their meals.

Solutions:

From the start, we proposed to completely rethink the design to align the interface with Kyol's ambitions: simplicity, professionalism and visual impact. We worked on:

  • A comprehensive design audit of the initial mockups.
  • A UI redesign with modern standards, better visual hierarchy and an optimized user experience.
  • Integration of key pages: menu, pokebowl customization, order management and payment flow.

Tip
On a website, an app, a project, have your "Aha moment"
It's like when you ordered from Uber Eats for the first time, it arrives at your door, hot. You say, "wow"
For this, you need to think UX, and don't hesitate to draw inspiration from the competition!

Next, our tech team (CTO, lead dev, developers) performed a technical audit and precise scoping.

We produced a scoping document on Notion detailing:

  • User stories and the complete backlog.
  • Technical choices to ensure scalability.
  • Critical elements: payment management, data security, legal compliance.

Finally, we launched the development of the website and online ordering platform, with real-time tracking provided to the client via our internal tools. This allowed them to follow day by day the evolution of the project, in a logic of transparency and collaboration.

    Results:

In less than 30 days, Kyol obtained a professional website and an operational online ordering platform, which now allows them to:

    • Present their vision and build credibility for their project with investors and partners.
    • Test their concept with real users and get initial feedback.
    • Strengthen their brand image, with a premium design aligned with their ambitions.

Kyol now has a concrete tool to accelerate its development and prepare its fundraising, with a digital solution worthy of its innovative concept.
